1. The Holy Scriptures
We believe the Bible — Old and New Testaments — to be the verbally inspired, inerrant, infallible, and authoritative Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21). Scripture is the final authority for all matters of faith, doctrine, and Christian living.
2. The Triune God
We believe in one true and living God, eternally existing in three Persons — the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit — co-equal in power, nature, and glory (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).
3. The Lord Jesus Christ
We believe in the full deity and full humanity of Jesus Christ; His virgin birth, sinless life, substitutionary atonement through His shed blood, bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal, visible return in glory (John 1:1-14; Luke 1:35; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Acts 1:11).
4. The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, regenerates and indwells every believer, and empowers the Church for witness and ministry. We affirm the continued operation of the gifts of the Spirit in the Body of Christ for edification and the advancement of the Kingdom (John 16:8-11; 1 Corinthians 12; Acts 1:8).
5. Salvation
We believe salvation is received by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone — not by works, but as the free gift of God (Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 10:9-10). True saving faith produces a transformed life evidenced by repentance, obedience, and the fruit of the Spirit.
6. The Church
We believe the universal Church is the Body of Christ, composed of all true believers. The local church is called to worship, teach sound doctrine, administer ordinances, and equip believers for works of ministry (Ephesians 4:11-13; Matthew 28:19-20).
7. Spiritual Warfare
We believe in the reality of Satan and demonic powers, and in the believer's authority through Christ to resist and overcome them by the Blood of Jesus, the Word of God, and the power of the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 6:10-18; Revelation 12:11; Luke 10:19).
8. The Second Coming
We believe in the personal, bodily, and imminent return of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the just and the unjust, and the eternal conscious reward or judgment of every person (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 20:11-15).
9. Christian Living
We believe every believer is called to a life of holiness, daily prayer, Scripture study, fellowship with other believers, and active witness to the gospel (1 Peter 1:15-16; Acts 2:42; Matthew 5:16).
10. The Great Commission
We believe the Church's primary mandate is to make disciples of all nations — baptizing them and teaching them to obey everything Christ commanded (Matthew 28:18-20). This ministry exists as one expression of obedience to that call.
